Worst Movies Ever Made

What do you think the worst movies ever made are?

  1. The Island of Dr. Moreua
  2. Adam Sandler’s Eight Crazy Nights
  3. Darkness Falls
  4. Jaws the Revenge
  5. The Beast

Ahh, I’ve seen quite a few bad films in my time, so I won’t list the Hollywood stuff because they usually pale in comparison to the really bad stuff.

  1. Godmonster of Indian Flats - The film just makes absolutely no sense.
  2. Blackenstein - Just completely and utterly boring.
  3. Bruce Lee Fights Back From the Grave - Actually very funny though.
  4. Track of the Moon Beast - Let us all thank Mystery Science Theater 3000.
  5. Zombi Holocaust - So bad it’s funny. Look for the scene where the dummy’s arm falls off in shot, but then reappears in the next scene.

Pearl Harbor: What a piece of shiiiiaaat! Unbelievable.

I have to think of some more, bad films aren’t easily remembered.

Waterworld

Any Michael Bay film

The Schumacher Batman films

Always

Natural Born Killers

The Crossing Guard

Car 54 Where Are You?

8 Heads in a Duffle Bag

Travolta’s films 82-93

Paradise Alley

Rhinestone

Stop or My Mom Will Shoot

Oscar

I’ll come back later and add more

The worst film for me has to be Speed 2.

I’ve never been so bored by a movie.

The directing, acting, story…everything was totally uninspired and devoid of life.

I wouldn’t call the 2 Scumacher Batman films some of the worst, they are ok and has some interesting aspects.

I’m a fan of Bay’s Armageddon,and NBK is a masterpiece.

Some of the worst films:

Pearl Harbor (It had so much promise, and yet some how the screwed it up)

Batman and Robin (Batman Forever wasn’t all that great, but it had several redeeming qualities. This movie…unfathomably bad)

It’s Pat (Even QT couldn’t save this movie)

Plan 9 From Outer Space…or any of Ed Woods movies for that matter (So completely bad that they should be watched in order to completely understand the art f the bad movie)

Godzilla (This film could’ve been good, but it was overdone to attepmt to be the greatest blockbuster of all time)

There are plenty more but those are the most notable.

Also, there is a difference between hating a film and understanding the badness of it. Example: ToothpickVicVega and Natural Born Killers. He hates it, and thats cool, but it really isn’t one of the worst films of all time. If you ingone that QT had anything to do with it, It could qualify as one of the most brilliant films ever made, just by the originality with which it was made.  Another example: when I was a kid, I saw Gone With the Wind. I hated it. I thought it was horrible. To me is was just the story of how a woman screwed her life away over a long period of time, and I thought that was a waste of a movie. I couldn’t fathom why it was considered a Masterpiece, and one of the greatest movies ever made. As I grew older, I opened my mind more to movies, and over the years with repeat viewing I understand completely how Gone With the Wind is a classic, and I regard it as one now. It is only when we have an open mind to it that we fully appreciate cinema.

i think Waterworld was okay. It was original.

Armargeddon, speed 2, pearl harbor, clueless, … the list goes on

Schumachers Batman movies are COMPLETE SHIT. Theres nothing good about them, unless your into bright sparkly backgrounds and costumes, bad acting, terrible dialogue, and bad storylines.

I said my piece about Bay. No need to open that can of worms.

NBK aint no masterpiece. Dont make me laugh. I wonder where that “masterpiece” would be without Quentin Tarantino’s original script. Try nowhere. Masterpiece, lol.

I’ll remove NBK from my worst movies list though. I dont wanna upset some of the fans of it.

Seb, I saw Waterworld when it came out at a drafthouse theater. I was drinking beers, I had a good buzz going and that movie STILL stunk to high heaven. lol.

If you watch a movie while drunk and it still sucks, you KNOW its bad.

You guys crack me up sometimes. You really do.

I’ve got two words for you:

Boxing Helena

The Jerky Boys (I was a fan of their tapes so I went to see this. Definetly the worst movie I ever paid dollars to see)

Manos, The Hands of Fate (This flick has survived thanks to the family over at MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000. Try giving it a look without the remarks by Joel and the 'bots!)

The Musketter and Small Soldiers

I’m torn between Howard the Duck and Killer Klowns from Outer Space

I watched “2001: A Space Odyssey” completely drunk (and only this one time) - and it sucked completely. Still everyone tells me what a great movie this would be …

it doesn’t get much better if you’re conscious, but lets leave that to the Kubrick topic :stuck_out_tongue:

8 mile, need i say more? i know i dont really, but ppl get ANGRY when u only post small messages (oh yes… i read the rules…) Anyway, the worst part is that it got rave reviews, seriously, why? Wot, eminem really show his dedication to the role and shows that he can act cause he dyes his hair…ummmmmm…

I usually sence really bad movies and try not to waist time with them, but I have seen some.

Five movies comes to mind as utter crap.

(In no particular order)

Cyborg 1989 - This movie was edited with a lawn mover.

Bolero 1984 - Has anybody discovered a story in this one?

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie 1995 - Even kids can’t enjoy this.

Police Academy: Mission to Moscow 1994 - Another Police Academy, just without the jokes.

Airspeed 1998 - You know when you go into an apartment building and you smell other people’s cooking on each floor and you go “What are they cookin’?” That, plus crap!

Natural born killers and any given sunday and generrally any movies made by oliver stone

Human traffic

black hawk down

I don’t remember others but my all time worst is definently human traffic!

Worst movies of all time? “I spit on your grave” and “Soul Survivors” would be STRONG contenders.

you dont know what you’re talking about, all of kubrick’s movies are amazing, if you can’t sit through 2001, then u have no attention span for long movies, and you have no sense of realism in movies.

if you dont like any given sunday then i’m sorry for your poor sould because its one of the best football-satires ever. or tell me a better movie that criticises the footbal-business.

AS FOR 2001 and Kubrick:

that’s just a matter of taste, because i think 2001 is total bullshit, not because its boring or something, but it doesnt have a story or anything worth mentioning but that kubrick crap belongs to a different topic and not this one!!

another worse movie:

Collateral Damage, i mean it’s production value is high and i think they tried really hard but in the end it just sucks like hell.

or…

Universal Soldier… what a bunch of bullshit
