i cant stand it when annoying people like you laugh at parts that aren’t funny in the movies. when i went to see Kill Bill opening night a bunch of 14 year olds were behind me going “YEAH PREVIEWS!” at every preview. I wanted to eat them.

ok…answered my own question…i
ts from the kinji fukasaku movie “Jingi naki tatakai” …the american title is “Battles Without Honor and Humanity” . and the score was done by toshiaki tsushima…who, if you are keeping score, also did the song “yagyu conspiracy” that appeared in kill bill!
and to make matters more confusing, hotei tomayasu covered that same song on one of his albums…this is also where he got the title that was used on the kill bill soundtrack “battles without honor and humanity!” so that song might be a cover as well?
I think I never commented on the soundtrack so I’m gonna rate all the songs now if anyone happens to give a shit. 
My top 5 songs would be:
1.) The Lonely Shepherd. 9.5/10
2.) Battle Without Honor 9/10
3.) Don’t let me be misunderstood 9/10
4.) The Flower of Carnage 8.5/10
5.) The Grand Duel 8/10.
Anyone listened to any other music by Hotei Tomayasu? Just wondering if it’d be worthwhile to track down some of his albums.
Lonely Sheppard is indeed a great song.
