I agree. QT’s soundtracks aren’t exactly conventional, but he always picks something good. 
Amos Mose by Jerry Reed would be a great opening song for Death Proof, or since Michael Madsen is palying stunt-man Mike maybe it could be used as an intro piece for him.

I would like to see a Double CD Soundtrack come out with the movie with one disc filled with Death Proof songs and the other filled with Planet Terror songs.

Huh, maybe I got it mixed up somehow, because I know Mickey Rourke declined the part. And I thought I saw somewhere the Michael Madsen is going to play the part. Although now the you mention it I can picture Kurt in the role much readily than Michael.
