The Grindhouse Soundtrack

Kurt Russell sucks!!! Why not just cast Kevin Costner… I think it’s time that Steve Buscemi comes back in the mix.

Kurt Russell is playing Stuntman Mike and he definitely doesnt suck.

Kurt Russell is so perfect.

QT wrote the script so its his call. Kurt apparently has the right look/style for it, so thats who he picked. Dont go see the movie if you dont like him.

I’d prefer Mickey over Kurt. But I can live with it. Plus Kurt doesn’t suck.

I can’t wait to see it.

Yeah I think Mickey would have been better but Kurt Russel can do it very good also I think. And I am not talking about his character in over Board I am talking about Snake Pliskin baby.

I think he is a great second choice for Sunt Man Mike.

Heck QT never really cast’s the wrong people so I think all the people will do great.

what does all that have to do with the soundtrack??

lol sorry the thread did get off topic there woops.

Yeah True… Anybody think any badass punk music will be In Grindhouse. Example:

Motorhead

Misfits

Romones

Iggy Pop

Dead Kennedys

I would love to see motorhead In It somewhere.

I want some cool 70’s tunes and some original ‘‘Goblin-esque’’ music

Perhaps Funk #49 by the James Gang.

ROCKABILLY and PSYCHOBILLY above all!

check out REZUREX and album BEYOND THE GRAVE with a supercool song DIA DE LOS MUERTOS.

it could be perfect for rodriguez film! 8)

also NEKROMANTIX and MAD SIN too

CKY’s Escape To Hellview would be perfect, since the song Is about horror movies. <LINK_TEXT text=“Song Lyrics, Song Meanings & More at SongMeanings … 7858481707”>CKY - Escape From Hellview Lyrics | SongMeanings</LINK_TEXT>

I can only assume, considering that it’s a period piece, it’s going to contain a vast amount of period music. I highly doubt we’ll hear much from the realm of the current, nor are we likely to hear much “pop” music. After all, Tarantino is a fan of the obscure, OR the overtly popular.

I wouldnt call CKY “pop” but than again I dont know what to call them. But Im just saying what I think or would like to be In the movie, a form of a opinion. Like I would love to see some Misfits songs In the movie because most of their songs are about horror movies.
