Parodies (QT's Star Wars, Simpsons, etc..)

Also in Jay and Silent Bob, when Jay and Bob crash into the room with Jason Biggs and James Van Der Geek, you can see a Jackie Brown poster behind them in a few shots. It’s pretty cool.

I don’t know if you guys have ever heard of it but there’s a British comedy called Coupling (the british version not the american one). In one of the episodes the six main charachters are going to a funeral and the three guy characters (its similar to friends) come around the corner in black suits and sun glasses walking slowly like in R.D. The 1 of the 3 girls look at them and says, “Do they have to do that?” It was pretty funny.
it was awsome yesterday i was watching cartoon networks adult swim ( where they have family guy futurama space ghost …) and they had brak form space ghost and meatwad from athf and they acted out the jules and bret scene from pulp with a paper toilit thing and an apple they said exactly what was said
that was so cool. that made my new year's day.
what parodies on QT movies have you seen?

  • QT’s Star Wars
  • Gump Fiction (available at tarantino.info)
  • Simpsons episode “22 short stories about springfield”
  • Itchy and Scratchy: “Reservoir Cats”

    what more are there?

which ones have you seen? did you like them?
Ive never seen the simpsons stuff…is it good?

haha.I've seen that.they play little green bag also, and the blonde girl screams "stop playing reservoir dogs."
I do have a advanced sense of humor.

They danced the pulp fiction dance yesterday in Jimmy Neutron.

in the movie antz they did the pulp fiction type dance and i think someone alredy the part in swingers when they talked about reservoir dogs and when they did the walk

Hey Guys, check out the premier of Dave Chapelle’s show tonight(2nd season) there’s a skit where Dave is imitating Samuel L. Jackson and he wears the wig Sam wore in PF and re-enacts the Jules-Bret interrogation scene…

I laughed when i saw that in coupling it was pretty funny. Couplings great though i heard they made a real mess off the U.S version

Pure Fiction : Une parodie de Pulp Fiction et de Usual Suspects.

Found this on this page and there doesn’t seem to be a continuation. :frowning: It looks like French to me, so would anyone care to translate? The comic, I mean… the caption is pretty easy to guess… “Pure Fiction: A parody of Pulp Fiction and The Usual Suspects”.

Thanks in advance!!

I’m not so good at french, but the things I think that I understand is that they’re in a far,far in the outskirts of a town and the vincent carachter says something about in france they do something with pictures with cigarettes on and also sometinh about japan.and the fella screaming is screaming “It’s closed.”

I guess I’m not helping…ehm.

a group of swedish comedians (Killinggänget) had this tvshow back in 94 or 95, called Nile City 105,6. it’s about a radiochannel in the same house as the fire department, and the firefighters boss (namned Greger) is in love with the radiochannels boss (Percy NilegÃ¥rd).anyway, in the one of epsiode Greger kidnaps a guy,he later calls him Mr Pink, and ties him up with dutchtape in a warehouse and totures him with a fish while “stuck in the middle with you” is playing. it is really funny, I promise.

and oh, in the room from where they air the radio, they have a pulp ficition poster on the door.

On an episode of SNL that Sam Jackson hosted, there was a skit about the rejected actors who couldn’t get parts in Pulp Fiction. Most notably, Norm McDonald did a great parody of Tarantino

download itchy and scratchy RESERVOIR CATS here:

http://www.itchy-und-scratchy.de/videos/is06.avi

sniff i can’t play avi for some reason, i normally can but not this time :’(

I’m sure the same clip was posted by someone else not so long ago, I think it was in the RD section

Try this:

Reservoir Cats

watch QT’s Star Wars here

http://www.evanmather.com/page2.html

That Star Wars thing was lame. Haha, they had a split screen sequence in there though.

There is a Missy Eliot music video and at the start The Pussy Wagon pulls up out the frnt of what looks like a warehouse and a group of chicks in kato masks (Like the crazy 88) get out of it. They don’t really do much during the rest of the video.

Another for all y’all simpsons fans!
