Dislikes:
-Was expecting to see new footage of other fake trailers by now. Will “Machete” be the only one due to time constraints?
-Not a fan of Dakota being a dead ringer of Carolina (via Once Upon A Time in Mexico) complete with the thigh-gadgets and the weapon-skills. Some originality would’ve been nice.
-The 2½-hour cut really gets me wondering how much will get taken out. It’s obvious PT has more action than DP, so I’m sure that some exposition scenes on PT will soon become “Missing reels” but will re-appear for the DVD. And I wouldn’t be surprised to see some other fake trailers getting the boot 
Oh my God… how amazing. But what’s up with this 2 1/2 hours bullshit? The wiki on this site says they announced it would be over 3 hours long! And after reading the “Death Proof” script, I find it hard to imagine that movie being any shorter than 90 minutes, which would mean “Planet Terror” would have to be only 60 minutes long! That doesn’t even take all the fake trailers into account! It doesn’t make sense! I wonder if the trailer means that the two films alone will be 2 1/2 hours without fake trailers… but it still doesn’t add up. What does everybody think?
well I still think this missing reel thing doesn’t exist. it’s more like how rodriguez said it: bits and pieces missing. like 1-second cuts, coz somebody ripped the film and then taped it but frames got lost… i doubt they just film and then not show an entire reel of film
They might just be using the quote " IN 2 AND A HALF HOURS OF DYNAMITE " as just some cliche sentence for the trailer, QT has never, and will never dissapoint us

No sorry about that. Since I took the pictures from a video player from the internet the smaller they are the clearer and better the quality is. Anyway only 50 days left guys

Best trailer I have seen yet. Although I am a little confused about the 2 and a half hour thing. That annoys me somewhat. I really want over three hours, I’d even go over four hours. I really hope they don’t go crazy with the cutting. Though I just have to have faith. Tarantino and Rodriguez are powerful directors who often get what they want, so I think we’ll find everything will turn out great in the end.
why is everyone complaining about the running time? it’s supposed to be short, entertaining, exploitation fun. ever seen a long exploitation film? film stock was expensive, people got bored quickly, and on top of that: you’ll get to see two movies for the price of one. stop bitching
Yeah but I would love to see both films be one hour and a half but one thing I would bet my money on is…Grindhouse is gonna make you jump out of your seat and when the movie is over you’ll keep repeating lines like “I’m not a cowboy, I’m a Stuntman” or “To really benefit from it you really got be sitting in my seat” I really cant wait for this to get started!
