At this point, I expect anything can happen in terms of casting. QT has his pick of actors pretty much.
I bet he’s talking with actors right now as we speak… optioning and securing all those supporting and major players he feels right for the roles. ^-^
I like Tom Bergenger(The Substitute is one of my favorites), but I just dont see him in IB. As for the southern character I would like to see David Keith in there. In Inglorious Bastards, the character is from Tennessee, David Keith is from Tenn. it all works out and I think he is extremely underrated.

If this had been some cliche-filled movie, we would jump to a scene of Quentin just partying and doing useless stuff. 
It’s probably more like him and Weinstein crawling on all fours from studio to studio saying please give us money PLEASE like OK this is going to be the greatest fuckin movie ever so like can you give us $60 million OK…

well until now quentins casts were always… well perfect. kill bill was fantastic, the idea of using 2 actors for 2 different charakters each was great (similar to fdtd) he might do that again. Id love to see Brad, hes one of my favorite actors. Im not sure about QT, but i can sorta imagine him as the jew hunter by now. hm… I WANT NEWS !

I like the idea of Pitt, but I’m not so sure about DiCaprio yet. He is a good actor, but oh my god that voice… so annoying. How reliable are the sources that says that Tarantino is actually trying to get these two?
I had a dream last night about IB. It was crazy, the film ended up playing out infront of me, Nazi camps were being blown up, it was wild. Apparently Brad Pitt didn’t take the role of Aldo and the next thing pictures of Ben Affleck in costume started appearing online, hahaha. :laugh:
