Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman are two of the greatest living actors. I love Morgan Freeman’s voice, it’s perfect for the voiceover in Shawshank.



Tim Robbins was absolutely brilliant in; The Shawshank Redemption, War of the Worlds, Mystic River and The Hudsucker Proxy.



Morgan Freeman was equally as good in; The Shawshank Redemption, Batman Begins, War of the Worlds, Million Dollar Baby and Unforgiven.



If they’re boring it’s because that what the role requires of them. Personally, I don’t think there’s anything boring about Morgan Freeman. With Robbins, that’s part of his acting style. It’s what makes his performances great. He practically stole the show in Mystic River.

i don’t think i really hate any actors, i just don’t care for alot of them.

^same with me. i go much more for good directors, than good actors. if you give a good actor a crappy role then the film will be crap. if a good actor has a bad director then the good actor will mess the film up(like in the case of di caprio in the beach): he’s a good director in a film with a good script-but the good director was too bad to make di caprio do a better job in the beach.

Oh no, Tim don’t you like DiCaprio ? :o He’s great, really great. One of the most talented for his generation. Everybody connects him to the fancy-teenage Titanic but he proved he is a really good actor.
