2009 - Track Your Films

It wasn’t even the good kind of suck and it didn’t have the masterful incomprehension that Inferno did. Inferno is the best in that series.

Speaking of Argento, when in the fuck is Giallo suppose to some out in North America? I said North America so I wouldn’t leave you out.

I have no idea. I want to see it though.

Me too. I like Adrien Brody. I think he will do good in a Argento film.

I heard that Giallo is terrible. just terrible. worst than the third mother. it was at the film market in cannes and apparently it was a fiasco: nobody wanted to buy it.

That’s precisely why I can’t wait to see it.

So you like Adrien Brody too huh? Cool.

ahah

i didn’t bother to watch the card player and do you like hitchcock?

It’s sad because a couple of years back, argento was in negociation to make a film with Clooney and Soderbergh’s company

i remember when Phenomena was a “deception”, compared to his previous films. now it feels like it’s a masterpiece. it’s pretty depressing, imo.

i like brody too. the brothers bloom is being released in a few days here. can’t wait.

Really? I didn’t hear about that. I wonder if Clooney would of made an appearance in it? Or was Clooney just in on the company aspect?

I doubt it.

I met Argento at the horror convetion a little while back and he looked so sad and weary. I think the down turn of his career has taken a toll.

Sad.

i had the info from a very reliable source. still, talking about a project and making a couple of meetings doesn’t mean they started to produce his film and all…
Sad.
it was sad ten years ago, when he did Phantom of the opera. now we are wayy beyond sadness, unfortunately

Have you seen Brick by Rian Johnson, his first feature before The Brothers Bloom ? You have to see it, I really loved it. Perfect cast, especially Joseph Gordon-Levitt (I really love him as an actor) and beautifully shot. I can’t wait to see his next feature.

The Battle Of Algiers - Great Movie

Hush…Hush, Sweet Charlotte - 3rd watch. Still good. Very emotional ending.

Funny People - very good. The best I’ve had all year long.

The Brothers Bloom is excellent. Easily the best of the best when it comes to contemporary

adventure films. It certainly beats the shit outta that latest travesty of a so-called

Indiana Jones flick, & those horrific National Treasure dog turds…
