It’s made by Stelvio Massi who did the Black Cobra series with Fred Williamson, not Enzo G. Castellari who did the first I.B.

yeah I’ve seen it before. some guy or company appearently thought it would be a good idea to name the movie that way, it is probably totally unrelated to the first one. just a marketing thing.
