Happy belated birthday dude!

All films I should already own, but when I’ve watched a film many times it drops on my buying priority list until I again get the ache to see it. Figured it was time to buy these up.

Sorry this is a long time ago, but haven’t been on in a while. Intrigued by the Mika Kaurismaki collection. Is he as good as his brother? Similar in tone or much different?

Already owned the UK DVD but…

(Streets of Fire)

(They Live)

I know nothing about this film, but QT mentioned it so I thought I’d get it.

for €4 I gave this a try.

Haven’t seen this one since it’s theatrical release, really good Hollywood blockbuster entertainment, makes so much more sense in HD, too!

Never saw it, but €3 is the same price I’d pay if I rented it, so I just had to buy it…

One of the best movies ever made, I was so happy when I watched it in HD!

What a shitty cover to such a great movie. But appearently the DVD itself is (finally) good, which is what really counts.

Pre-ordered this awesomeness.

OMG I d/l the screener for te new Seagal movie Against the Dark, and I’m all against movie downloading but in this case it saved me my money, it’s the worst Seagal EVER! And that is really saying something, if you have seen both “Attack Force” and “Submerged”, like I have. Cancelled this DVD.

this drive in cult classic collection looks awesome… reminded me of the fantastic cheerleader package from Anchor Bay, a few years ago…

Was it really a surprise? It’s been a long time since Seagal was good and even then it was mostly debatable. For some reason, he never stacked up to Van-Damme, Lundgren or Schwarzenegger in my mind. I liked Under Siege though.

It’s different for me, I’m a big Seagal fan. His recent DTV efforts were very good (Pistol Whipped and Urban Justice really shine), but this new one is as awful as it gets. But it will get good again, as he no longer has to work for the evil Sony corporation (fulfilled his contract) and can make better ones now, the trailer for both Ruslan and “The Keeper” both look great.
