Have no idea what these are about, but 8 movies for 5 bucks seems like a fair deal.

PICK UP is currently my movie of the month! ;D

I have the same DVD set, liked The Teacher very much. Pick Up is also good I’ve heard, no idea about the other ones.
A good deal anyway.

Trip With The Teacher is the most “Grindhouse” of that collection. So be sure to save the best for last.
Thanks cyber-lili, I was going to check out Splendor in the Grass, but I’ll try to watch those other ones too when I get around to it. Thanks again.

Heh, I actually thought Trip With The Teacher was some kind of softcore movie before I read your review.
Haven’t seen it, yet. But kinda liked the first one

You’re welcome. Tell me what you think of the movies then
Nice Scarface! Roger Moore always will be my favorite Bond! He’s the funniest.
Haha! I just bought the Nightmare Before Christmas set too!

There’s new editions again? The prints they used for Blu-Ray, perhaps?
Wasn’t the previous ultimate editions just last year?
My favourite Bond film, btw.
That’s one of my favourite Bond films too. You’ve got good taste. Have I ever told you that?

Thank you. Usually I only get death threats ;D

Probably cause there’s an Asian chick behind Bond, isn’t it? ;D
I think these are the same ultimate editions like those of 2 years ago, but with different packaging.

Thay may be one of the reasons, but there’s others, too. Really. I think. ;D

Tokugawa onna keizu
Tokugawa irezumi-shi: Seme jigoku (Inferno of Torture)
Zankoku ijô gyakutai monogatari: Genroku onna keizu (Orgies of Edo)
It was released just a few weeks ago.
I bought it only for Genroku onna keizu, as I’ve already got the superior Toei dvds of the other two.
But as typical for HK Video, the packaging is beautiful. There’s no booklet included this time, but instead posters for each three films (approx the size of 8 dvds).
If you’d like to know more, I’ll be reviewing the set (with dvd comparisons to Toei) here sometime after new year.
Speaking of HK Video’s gorgeous packages, their Shanghai Blues is, well, absolutely fucking gorgeous. Some pics
