[Vol 2] Songs not on OST CD
Sunny Road To Salina is actually composed by Bernard Girard-Christophe.
It’s a track of “La Route de Salina” 's soundtrack.

The artist name of the composer is Christophe. It’s a very popular french singer and “Salina” is his only soundtrack.

The CD is available since 2003.

If you’re interested you can listen to samples on:

Does anyone have a list of the music played in kill bill 2 that is NOT on the soundtrack? For exemple the song when shes walking in the desert. PLEASE anyone help me? thanks!!!

Bride B.

Jack answered:

Dies Irae 2 (M9) - Nova Orlandi

Ay Que Caray - Marilu Esmeralda Aguiluz

A Fistful Of Dollars (Main Theme) - Ennio Morricone

Il Mercenario (Reprise) - Ennio Morricone

Three Tough Guys (End Theme) - Isaac Hayes

Invincible Pole Fighter - Su Chun Hou

Sunny Road To Salina - Bernard Girard Christophe

The Demise Of Barbara & The Return Of Joe - Ennio Morricone

I’m sure there’s some more too.

There’s also some original music by Robert Rodriguez as well, but as far as I’m aware there’s no way of getting hold of it (bar some short samples on the official site).

These are the songs not on the Kill Bill 2 soundtrack (as far as I know):

“Dies Irae” - Nora Orlandi

"Fistful of Dollars" - Ennio Morricone

"Il Mercenario" - Ennio Morricone

"Navajo Joe" - Ennio Morricone

"Two Tough Guys" - Isaac Hayes

"Incincible Pole Fighter" - ?

“The Sunny Road to Salina” - ?

“Ay Que Caray” - ?
I’m pretty sure I also heard “The Trio” in the movie. During the buried alive scene.
It’s on there - it’s under the name L’arena. If you wait a while you’ll hear it. It takes some time.

No, The Trio is a totally different song from L’arena and isn’t in Volume 2. The Trio is played in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly while L’arena is played in The Mercenary.

So do we have a complete list of tracks not appearing on the KB Vol. 2 OST

btw, Im sick of those wu-tang fans shouting they used Liquid Swords, do the knowledge and know that that sample came from the movie Shogun Assassin which consisted of the series Lone Wolf & Cub.

it was not the Liquid Swords song, however RZA may have influenced in using that sample but it is the beginning of the movie and if you read the script you could clearly read the heavy influence of the Shogun Assassin movie.

… which is one of the best westerns I have ever seen. I just watched it on TV… holy shit… Corbucci is da man

word…but he’s no Leone
Well, I can tell you one thing: the song that begins playin at the start of the full trailer of Vol. 2 is not on the soundtrack; it’s probably of Ennio…
That song is Ennio Morricone, it’s ‘The Trio,’ it plays in The Good, The Bad And The Ugly when the three are about to shoot each other… Love that song.

Has anyone compiled a complete list of songs missing from the KBv2 soundtrack? Or KBv1 for that matter?

hello

can somebody who owns the CD AND THE DVD go over this list:

Sunny Road To Salina - Bernard Girard Christophe ÂÂ
There’s a post right above the one you made that clearly explains that this song has been somehow miscredited. ::slight_smile:

The composer and artist responsible for Sunny Road to Salina is Christophe.

Christophe is a french artist who was mainly active throughout the 1960s and 70s.

I’m a great fan of his, and I can tell you I don’t have a clue who that Bernard Girard is. ???

Hi, I’m trying to identify a song that appears in the 2nd Volume but I don’t seem to find it, mabe you can help…

I can’t remember well, but I think it appears in one of Budd’s desert’s scenes, or if not in one where someone’s driving a car through the landscape.

The song has mainly bass drums and a hammond organ. The hammond plays a great solo, and there is a flute also playing once in a while. It’s not one of those spaghetti-western songs.

Hope it’s enough so someone can identify it

thanks

Its Dies Area M1 and M2 by Nora Orlandi. The guitar solo part is by Robert Rodriguez, look above to download his songs.
