When the Bride kills that rapist Trucker dude in the hospital after she awakens out of the coma, it doesn’t really show how she preforms the kill. The camera looks away (as it does in RD ear scene) as the Bride does her work. Now chances are that she just snapped his neck but I don’t think that’s what she did!
    I think she used The Five Point Palm Explading Heart Technique. Picture this: she bites his lip and he tries to get away. So the Bride being paralyzed wasn’t able to fully move around. This is when she uses Pai Mei’s Mprtal Kombal-like FATALITY. The reason the camera moved away was because we were not ready to see that move yet. It was meant for the final kill, not the first kill. Maybe it will be included in the Special Edition(s).
Well, it doesnt really look like he took 5 steps… I mean he was just lying next to the bed, and you can see her pushing him of her.
I think she just ripped his lower lip off, and he died from the shock!
