The author is Steven Martinez (brother of chief graphic designer, Gerald Martinez). 
Now I’m intrigued, but cant rembember the picture your talking about- can anyone post a pic?

I have to agree, her eyes are pure black. Its SCARY
Her face looks like a human skull tightly wrapped with a plastic bag and paited with cheap colours. She has a strict face expression. She’d look the same after spending three days in a tub.

I thought Jerry Martinez made it… anyways both Steven and Jerry Martinez are two of Quentins good friends from his Video Archives days, one of them also desiegned the Jack Rabbit Slims Logo and the logo on Esmaraldas cab.

Steven made it!
Steven Martinez (brother of chief graphic designer, Gerald Martinez) is credited with “Very Special Thanks”. He painted the portrait of Mia (Uma Thurman) that hangs in Marsellus’ house.

No he’s not. I find that picture cold and stiff.
My favourtite artist is Vincent Van Gogh, oh god, that guy was great, as a personality as well. He cut off his ear once. And he sold only ONE painting, not like this Martinez guy, who, I bet, has already bought his pool and keeps drawing cute kitten pictures for puzzles.

One of my best friend loves this guy too. He is also her fav painter.
When I was younger, I was also fascinated by him because of his cut ear. He thought it was something very weird, and that man had to be different from the others. And when I begin to paint, at 6 or 7, at school, my teacher told me to paint something which I like : I painted the self-portrait of Van Gogh with his cut ear, and another paining not from him.
Cool, isnt it ?
Yeah. I drew easter bunny with sunglasses and a hidden knife in his pocket. I thought it’s extremely original, haha.
