Lots of new songs in this final cut of the movie, it will be a hell to find them, but also alot of fun. I already got one.
Vicking, I name you the Tune Hunter. I think you should like that nickname, precisely because you’ve earned it

I am not going to post that until most of the forum members have seen the movie, but all the uncomfirmed songs on the soundtrack exept “What did i Say?” i can confirme.
and

Well put.
I will eagerly await your track listing. I’m especially curious if anyone can track down the tune when the Basterds “recruit” Hugo.
I tried to write down the song titles but the credits were really fast, I did catch one with anther by Jacques Loussier and the name had “Fight” in it. I didn’t really hear Bath Attack, but If it was when Hans comes behind Shosanna, it sounds much different than the version I had… although I was too into the movie to even really tell.

Can someone please list which music plays in which scene? I recognize Green Leaves of Summer, the end credits piece (Rabbia e Tarantella) and Cat People. Slaughter is the Stiglitz guitar sting, right?
Is the Dark of the Sun the only music added to the Cannes print? What music got pulled from the Cannes print?

No music got pulled, but many many was added. I am working on such a list you are asking for but must know the names of the new songs to do it. And you are right about Slaughter.
Anybody have any idea what the theme was that was playing, right after Aldo asks Hirschberg to bring the Nazi (who soon gets beaten by Donny) over to him. The Nazi soldier walks, it is in slow motion, and all the Basterds are watching. It sounds like an Ennio Morricone theme, with the guitar and such, but isn’t on the soundtrack. Has anybody got any clue what that theme is?

No that plays first, and then it comes to an end as Aldo Raine says, “Hirschberg bring that…something something…over” then another great theme kicks in, whislt the Nazi is walking in slow motion. Its just a very bad ass Guitar piece. With what I believe is piano in the background.
Morricone’s Amico is playing when Zoller shoots Shosanna. One of my favorite scenes in the movie. When I first found out QT was gonna use the song I downloaded The whole movie. It’s pretty good, but the first five minutes, accompanied by Amico, are really moving. Here:
I’ve found that great theme. Here it is, this is in Basterds too. However, I think in Basterds, it is a guitar instead of a flute or something: ENNIO MORRICONE -The Mercenary/ "Ricciolo" (1968) - YouTube During the scene where Hirschberg leads the Nazi soldier out, to Aldo Raine!
I’m new to this forum and forums in general. I’m working on a complete track list and am a few songs short. Anyone?
