Get this, Bath Attack is from A Nightmare on Elm Street!! Only a movie geek like QT would put a slasher film cue into his WWII epic!
@Ordell : youâre welcome !
@Pete : thanks for the link !
As my post was at the bottom of the previous page, I hope you donât mind guys if I post it again on that page.
The song from Dollaro Bucato is awesome, and I love that Billy Prestonâs song !
Thanks for the links juju! Cant wait to see how/where the tracks are used in the film!
awesome juju!
Tiger Tank fromâŚKELLYâS HEROES!
Just had a quick listen to most of those songs, theyâre gonna be great. And this may sound weird, and my not being here for a while has something to do with it, but those songs confirmed to me that this is gonna be 100% Tarantino. I duno, the trailer and clips, havenât quite made me realise, but this has. Thanks for compiling the list Jungle Juju.

Though I must admit, I thought we were going to hear something of hers:

(Marika Rokk) :-</E>
Who has ever listened to that kind of music in a WW2 movie? ahaha QT is fucking genius with music, I love him.
Yeah I love the fact that heâs not sticking to period music, this should break the boundaries, I mean most Macaroni Combat films added tracks that werenât even made in the 1940s like the Burning Bridges track in Kellyâs Heros
Clint Eastwood is the ultimate badass!
Oh my god the David Bowie song - Cat People!
I think this will be the Basterds theme as in Kill Bill where we see The Crazy 88s for the first time! I can see it very clearly!
This will probably be Shoshannaâs theme song!
-Un Amico, Morricone (itâs not that version. That one is by a french singer) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkMrDjSlMMk
It has that Oren Ishii revenge/sorrow theme to it like Lady Snowblood!
Burning Bridges is an awesome track. I always liked the fact its more of an upbeat pop song than a period song.
Funny that one interviewer asked QT about Basterds and referenced Kellyâs Heroes and QT said it wasnt gonna be like that kind of movie. Then ended up using a cue from the film in IB!
Cat People sounds like it should be playing when theres a scene with fire or explosions in it. Any fire scenes in IB? Wait, dont tell me.
Also, that track is from Cat People which starred Nastassja Kinski (who QT asked to be in the film).
I never read past the two chapters, I couldnât bring myself to spoil the fun, but it sounds more like a cool theme song for the Basterds, itâs their theme song, I know it is!
Slaughter sounds like it should be played during a scene when The Basterds take out the Nazis. A great title theme From the blaxploitation film starring Jim Brown!

I love Jim Brown he was so great in The Dirty Dozen, I like how they used his running in the film - and Donald Sutherland, I felt he should have been in Basterds since he did a few WW II flicks, but oh well.

Yeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!
QT couldve had Kiefer in there playing Oddballâs son. Lil Oddball. He couldve headbutted a Nazi.
Haha, yeah Kiefer is a drunk. Youâd think Brooke Shields could defend herself, sheâs only 7 feet tall.

Youâve already spoilt a big chunk by listening to the music that may appear in the film. Thatâs one the main things in a QT film - the soundtrack. I wouldnât dare spoil that for myself before going to watch it. I want the cinema-going experience to be as unpredictable as possible. Iâm staying away from this topic. ;D
Wonder which one will be the opening credits
