Found this on Amazon’s page when I searched for the Grindhouse dvd. Is this real or fake?
Hmm I dont know but im gonna guess its a fake.

i doubt amazon would create a fake cover, it could be 2 discs, one film on each.
that is the cover for grindhouse, The theatrical release.
It looks like someone took a bunch of the different Grindhouse press photos/posters like we do in here and put together a cover.

he did a damn good job.
He did an O.K. job. It just that Cherry seems to stand out a little more from the box than she should; almost like 3D. Definitely created by the hands of photoshop.
Yeah, it’s a pretty sweet cover. I absolutely love the Grindhouse poster though. Have it stuck on the wall above my bed.
