SuperBad

#1

I feel like such an outsider on some movie forums tonight. Everyone’s going on and on about how funny SuperBad is. I saw it this afternoon and really didn’t like it. I’ve been told that I was probably offended by the bad language… I’m like “uh… my favorite director is Quentin Tarantino… I think I can handle bad language and violence”. The movie just wasn’t really funny to me.

Maybe I’ll like it after seeing it again but I just found it kind of annoying.

A topic about Superbad? I’m sick of seeing all those fucking ads, now you post it here, I will fucking strangle you motherfucker. The film is just a dazed and confused ripoff, only the characters are uncool and nerdy, but I wouldn’t know because I will never see this film, ever. What’s the deal with the fat guy who wrote the movie, he says he wrote the script when he was 13 years old, what a faggot, dumb motherfucker, like that’s going to impress us. I learned how to wipe my ass when I was 10, but did I ask for some sort of recognition, no but that’s what Intemillegent Peepo du, they remain humble! MillaJ bitchez!!!

No, it’s because there was no Milla Jovovich in it.

Idk, maybe if they re-wrote the script to be a really bad videogame ripoff with actors who are either washed up or nobodies and a stupid plot line about zombies, biohazard would like it.

I thought it was pretty funny. Partly because I love Michael Cera, and party because everyone in the audience was having such a great time.

The movie reminded me so much of my high school years. A lot of my experiences weren’t so over-the-top, but very similar in many ways. It felt real to me.

When the scene where the cops and Fougal (sp?) are shooting at the stop sign, and they here sirens, and the police officer yells ‘cops!’, it literally sounded like an explosion. every one was laughing so hard and clapping and yelling. It was a really fun movie experience.

Im glad Michael Cera is getting so much attention. I love that kid! I hope he’s very successful!

Two dees for a double dose of pimp juice woot. I haven’t seen it yet but I liked the other two movies so I probably will.

I thought it was awesome. Even though it was over the top most of

the time, the constant awkwardness of it really hit home. I watched

a shitty divx stream of it and still enjoyed it though.

Love the screwball comedies. It can’t be better than Grandmas Boy!

I loved it  Total quote machine. Then again I am terribly immature. I’m paraphrasing because I don’t see it posted anywhere:

Jules: "You scratch our backs, and maybe we’ll scratch yours"

Seth: "That’s funny, because my back just happens to be located on my COCK!"

I’ve probably got that all wrong because I started laughing so hard, along with my two cousins. So what, we’re dorks, but that line made the movie for me. This one too:

Becca: "Your cock is so smooth!"

Evan: "Your’s would be too… if you were a man."

That just made no damn sense, but damn was it funny
