I just started this conversation over and over again because it’s surprised me that we start a topic on a real serious question dealing about the fundamental art of QT : is that stealing or paying an hommage to quote from other movies. That’s a great way of putting it. Its about ackowledging his shortcomings but still respecting his work as opposed to calling him every bastard under the sun just cos he said something not nice about someone we like.
And I think Clint can handle himself anyway.

Spikes an A-hole for the things he said about QT & Clint. I never said it had anything to do with my respect for him as an artist or my interest in his films.
