I read an interview with him and Kieth Richards where they actually picked out the audience by hand - no fat bitches or hypernerds…that means you pete…allowed. I really liked the Last Waltz movie…robbie robertson was the producer for that movie - you know…The guy from “the band”…take a load off annie, you put the load right on me…
anyhow, he wrote a song called shine a light - I wonder if he had anything to do with the title of the movie?

Yes, Robbie Robertson starred in The Last Waltz. He is part of The Band, you know the group the film is about.

so its just a coincidence that Robbie Robertson wrote a song named shine a light, produced Last Waltz, was a member of The Band - the band of whom The Last Waltz is about, and is a friend of Martin’s…it’s a small world after all.
