yeah if you’re not into all this videophile and audiophile high-end stuff, a 55 bucks player does it. although it doesnt hurt to spend twice as much and at least get average quality

Region free or Reg codes are only a thing made by fucking companies to make sure, that you can only buy DVDs from you own region. It is made to earn more money…
i just bought the philips dvp642…nice player…and i have the hack to make it region free…i have a question for anyone who has this player…on the power button…or standby/on button…the power light stays on when its off…and goes off when the player is on…isnt this ass backwards?..lol…is this just the way the player is made…or is there something wrong with mine…lol
Well, I ordered my first region-free player from HKflix on Dec. 26th and have still yet to recieve it. For those of you have ordered DVD-players online, did you ever get yours?

I got mine for £44.99 in Sainsbury’s supermarket lol didn’t realise it was reigion free until i got ‘Farenheight 9/11’ early

Every second dvd player I see is multi-region. For the Australians here, just get a good SONY one and you can play anything. Also, cheap dvd players a lot of the time tend to play more than expensive one for some reason.
