I dug the naked QT though.

Any body notice the Cinematographer? Rand Vossler, so this musta been made in the Video Archive’s days.

awesome discovery

that was a pretty cool film.

Loved the symbolism and stuff.

LOL! - forgive me if everyone knows this -

Just watched some Daryl Hannah movie…I have to say, I’ve seen her “sweet innocent” characters over the years and she sucks - the characters she plays I mean. I was hoping in this movie, she’d be the bitch or something… but instead…as usual she was the stupid blonde on pot or whatever…

ANYWAY! The point!

Here’s some “Nifty shit” I found in “Dancing At The Blue Iguana” :

  • Daryl’s character has a wallet with “Bad Muther Fucker” and even talks about pulp fiction and stuff…
  • and the reason I’m posting this info here is b/c that "dancing’ song in that student film you found, is also played in this movie quite a few times…

BTW - Daryl really needs to go to McDonalds. She’s a little toooo skinny in this movie.

I’m sure you guys will enjoy it - the story’s about strippers …and yes, you see Daryl’s tits.

cool film does anyone know which year it was from yet?

Does anyone recgonize the song? It sounds very Leonard Cohen to me. Just curious mostly.

It’s definitely Cohen, but I don’t recognize this version of the song.

He originally recorded “Dance Me to the End of Love” in '85 for “Various Postitions.” But on that track he still has his “sweeter” singing voice…as opposed to the raspy, gruff, Tom Waits-esque voice he uses on this particular version.

I thinkAaron Goffman is a really interesting Director. Interesting in a way that is kinda dull and boring. Hes good for making commercials with viagra and life insurance but not shorts with the imprenitrable QT. I mean really though the only reason why that Short film with QT in it was good becuase QT was in it! Ok look, it goes like this, you know if…

But hes a good one. Very very…um…good at shorts…Godbless

I agree. Very conventional, by-the-book music video. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing particuarly good about it either.

#11

well that was wack

nobody died

and i didnt see any tits nether

#12

…unless you count Quentin’s…

I’m kidding. Just kidding.

#13

Just checking something Woo hoo! If you right click on this link I put here you can download the film (if your streaming sux) ;D

#14

WHat the fuck was that??? Def not your typical QT flick. At least he got some ass.

#15

Noone said that this is a QT flick, man!

This is only a movie clip in which QT acted, nothing more…

  • it is made for a L. Cohen song
  • the director is Aaron Goffman
  • the cinematographer is Rand Vossler. You know who he is? The Co-producer of NBK

Do me a cute, don´t call it a QT flick, cuz it isn´t. He is “only” an actor in it…

#16

Fuck, the video won’t work for me. What is it exactly?

#17

Which link have you used?

Maybe I can give you an other one?

#18
