i remeber hearing that pulp fiction was losely based on a book. anyone know the title and author?

I think it was called The Black Mask. It was an old Pulp novel or something.

is that the book vincent is always carrying around with him-the one he’s reading when butch shoots him? I never could make out what that book said.

I forgot the name of the book but it is the same book that he took to the restroom with him in Butch’s apartment and in the coffee shop that HunnyBunny and Pumpkin stick up.
