I noticed them in the Texas Chili Parlor too…maybe they are crew members…
very funny! the song we hear on the website is from France Gall, she is the one who once sang “Laisse tomber les filles” who later was covered by April March and became “Chick Habit”!

I found out her identity! 
She’s Michi Ukawa the graphic designer. She worked in Kill Bill too.
