people in my class are starting to learn about aperture settings and that now, but its taking a while for them to learn, so i went out and took few with different settings the other day
i think this one turned out all right

Unrelated for photography but here is my painting of De niro in taxi driver
that portrait is pretty cool. very unconventional. your key light was about two feet above the subject…right? that works nice with people who have long narrow faces and noses. not so nice in fatso’ faces.
yeah i think it was for that particular shot, it was the first time i have really worked with ‘‘proper’’ lights

This Chef’s name is “Uncle Ray”. He is making Boudin (BU-DAN) - this is a form of sausage that is very popular in Louisiana - it is stuffed with pork liver, rice, and God-knows-what-else!
