Patrick Stewart Blasts ‘Kill Bill’ for Female Violence

British thespian Patrick Stewart has blasted movies like Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill - for helping to “stereotype violent attitudes of men to women”. Speaking at Friday’s launch of a new Amnesty International campaign against attacks on women in London, the Star Trek star revealed he witnessed his father beating his mother and claimed movies and TV have helped to perpetuate a nasty new trend. He says, “The entertainment industry has been extremely irresponsible in perpetuating and stereotyping the violent attitudes of men to women. I condemn utterly films like Kill Bill. We are told it is about empowering women. All it does is empower a woman to kill another woman.”

Maybe he hasn’t seen the whole movie, because, The Bride kicks so much ass (male and female) that I don’t see how it CAN’T be empowering for women. Comments?

Patrick Stewart is a fag. Star Trek sucks.

Haha, Patrick Stewart. I bet he’s pussy-whipped. He lives in pussy-whipsville drives a pussy-whippedmobile and eats Mcpussy-whippedmuffins for breakfast.

Did he watch the same movie as we did? What about the women causing all the violence to the men? I bet the fucktard didnt even see the movie.

ha, well both movies were pretty violent towards women ha… but its not like it was unprovoked!

No, he’s just British.

Oh. That explains it.

I just lost some respect for Patrick Stewart, he has no fucking idea what the hell he’s talking about.

Is this the same guy who starred in a certain film which stated that “Revenge is a dish best served cold”?

no, it’s not.

That was still William Shatner.

I apologise then. I don’t know shit about Star Trek and I don’t want to know.

And it not was Willian Shatner. It was Ricardo Montalban in Star Trek 2: The wrath of Khan. Enjoy.

You know this because......you are a dork.

Not dork…Just a movie fan. From Kill Bill to Star trek. Just this…Enjoy :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

The question, Morgand, was ‘Is this the same guy who starred in a certain film which stated that “Revenge is a dish best served cold”?’.

My answer was, no, that was Bill Shatner. That does not make me wrong.

William Shatner starred in this movie. He was the captian, instead of Stewart, which is the OBVIOUS reference Scarface was making.

fuck that guy

fuck star trek and X Men(the Movie)

The guy is an idiot. I don’t think he even saw the film.

Fuck X-men?

FUCK X-MEN?

What’s wrong with you?

getting sick of the whole cast

wolverine is gay off camera, and professor X is a Whiney Bitch

I would say fuck X-men too. Those movies are shit.

Actually, to be technical about it, it’s probably the best super hero move ever made (X2, I mean).

The nightcrawler scene alone is one of the best special effects shows ever.

So… if you combine those awesome effects with a good plot written by a good screenwriter, one of the best directors around (Bryan Singer), and a sweet cast (Ian McKellen is gay too… that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. The majority of the cast acts well), and you have a ‘good’ movie. it really can’t be argued.

Just because you liked Kill Bill more and you’re hopelessly committed to defending Quentin (hey, I am too), doesn’t mean you should just go around and criticize movies like that.
