I love Devils Rejects. However it seems that most don’t. Either you love it or you hate it.
Regardless, Sid Haig fucking stole that movie away from Rob Zombie.

I haven’t seen either of those films by Rob Zombie. They may be good, but I can’t shake the feeling that they are just shitty films by a guy who likes horror, but doesn’t really understand it. That’s what they appeared to be. But then again, I haven’t seen them and this is all opinion.
Are you kidding me, Angel? You at least need to see Devils Rejects. You could probably skip House of 1000 Corpses if you wanted to. But I wouldn’t…

Devil’s Rejects in my opinion is one the few good horror films that has came out in the last five years. Im not gonna say your gonna like it but its definitely worth checking out.
I think what Hostel and the Saw franchise is doing for the horror genre is great!
The horror genre, in all honesty, was a bit stale before these films came along. I’m glad horror is back up there good and proper in the cinemas. Though I’m not all THAT excited by another Saw film (ANOTHER ONE?! Wtf?) and Hostel II looks more of the same, at least they’ll be better than the Chain Saw prequel. And other turgid trite.
Anyone seen the Chain Saw prequel btw? Opinions?
Anyways, Wolf Creek was actually the only horror film to really creep me out. It just stuck with me for DAYS after. I might buy the DVD actually…

Saw is a horror masterpiece.
Hostel was really good with a great ending.
House Of The 1.000 Corpses is THE Movie.

Less said about the sequels the better. Whats the plot threads in the forth one they’ve got coming out anyway? Anyone know? Its gotta be a prequel at any rate cos EVERYONE died atthe end.
Maybe its about the main guy’s daughter from the third film- you know the one that was imprisoned at the end? lol the forth should SO be about how that little escapes…and she becames the new Jigsaw…yay!

Well…compared To The other so-called horror movies of the past few years it is a masterpiece.
Whats everyones opinion on these new horror movies. they look very similar to Hostel.
Yeah, the whole ‘gorno’ thing seems to be hugely popular. I dunno, I guess its just another nice in the genre that hasn’t been as explored as other areas. Slasher films and zombie horror films- while great in their own right, have to be REALLY good to make the grad these days.
I like gorno films, especially stuff like Hostel and Saw (MTV editing aside) as well as some of Miike’s stuff- though too often this type of horror seems a bit too obvious to me. Goes for shlock rather than actual shocks.
H6 is GREAT! You have to watch it!

Live Feed…not so much.
Its amazing that these films get a sizable budget and release despite them being blatant rip offs. God Live Feed was such a copy lol. It was the same with the Blair Witch, the sheer amount of European rip offs was amazing.
Though having a shakey camera and spanish swearing was hilarious

I havent watched Live Feed however from the cover it looks like a Hostel rip off! Theres a difference between basing a movie on a previous movie or a tribute and a rip off! Even though its called “The Spanish Answer to Hostel” H 6 has nothing to do with Hostel! I loved it… Watch it and decide!
