I think this is just a mistake in the press release. Does’t make sense if there were another master made just for the german version. Don’t panic! These idiots just don’t know what they’re talking about.

These guys are DVD reviewers that’s why they got these early…I think.
I guess those pics are what we’ve been thinking the dvd was gonna be but I was hoping for a slip cover cuz they are kick ass.
Does that bottom special feature say “Deleted scenes”? ??? ;D

Seeing how it took 6 months for Vol. 1 to arrive on DVD, the same would probably go for Vol.2
I wouldn’t be surprised if the mega-edition got released next year. Dreadful thinking, but you never know nowdays with the house of mouse.
That’s true. I’m not anticipating a 2004 release for the deluxe edition. I will be happy to wait if that means more extras!

well they did that before. I was told tha’s not uncommon with Buena Vista… but it still sais “tbc” so I have hopes. if it really is cropped, i will go for the british DVD
Cropped movies on DVD appeared most likely in the beginning of this technology a few years back. Thank god, they gave up on this, 'cos early adopters (like me) were movie geeks and demanded the highest possible quality (same on cut-movies). Press releases continue to be false very often. so I don’t think it will be cropped. It wouldn’t make any sense at all.

So that probably means the extras suck, cause those guys give a seperate rating to the film and to the dvd content, then they take the average of the two. I'm guessing the Kill Bill rating lost one or two stars cause of the extras.

Yeah me too. Who gives a shit about DVD review anyway? The best movie mags out there are Empire and Total Film, and they both gave excellent reviews to Kill Bill.
I think total film voted it their best film of last year. Though I like DVD review, has great information for your average DVD collector.

Total Film voted Kill Bill second best, right after City of God. But they left LOTR out for time reasons so I'm guessing it would've dropped to third place. I buy dvd review occasionally, not a bad magazine. But I find it pretty boring when compared to the other cause most of the mag is mostly reviewing dvdss. Empire and Total Film often feature long interviews, cool articles and other different interesting stuff.
Back on topic: Am I the only one that thinks 23 mins of behind the scenes stuff is
I’m 90% certain it’s the making of they filmed for mtv. 23 minutes really does suggest it was and having seen it on mtv it’s nothing special.
