Maybe this topic has already done, but I dodn’t found that somewhere…
Usually QT scripts are published, but Kill Bill never … Or in France at least… And I heard that he doesn’t want to publish the script, but a real novel, with the whole origins of all the characters, all the story which he thought about to make the movie but didn’t put in it. That can be a great novel. We can notice of course, that when QT didn’t get to do correctly a movie in the begining (just after “my best friend’s birthday”, and before he sold “true romance” and directed “reservoir dogs”), he tought that he would be writer, and not a director.
But I never saw then news about this project : no date of released, or simply more informations…
Does someone know more about it ?

dude, that would be a preety cool book…I wonder if it would cover the order of events chronologically, or do it like it did in the movie …at any rate it would be very groovy

I think it would be better if it was written in the same order as it appeared in the movie, adds a certain flavour to it.
The novel wouldn’t be like the movie, because it contains all the stories invented by QT, not just those we see in the movie (all the origins of the characters, maybe an extract of what QT can do for KB vol3 with the daughter of Vernita, and so on)… So the order may change …
Yeah - I remember they had it up at amazon for a while with a release date but I think QT did not have enough time to complete it.
I think too that he hasn’t enough time to finish it, but for a while he said everywhere that the novel was over… But he always speak too quickly !
If he’s run out of time or whatever they should just do like what they did with Douglas Adamn’s “The Salmoun of Doubt”, just compile all of his notes on KB, interviews on the topic, and written stuff in a Book…It wouldnt be as good as the original concept but it would stil be preety funky.

ergh…no, I refuse to acknowledge Fan fiction on principle… in my opinion no one could write QT’s storylines and characters better then the man himself.

I agree, I will the novel made by QT himself or nothing…
that’s exactly my point…the BEST we have is fan fiction :’(
