Does anybody know when Ken Park is going to be on dvd in the US?

after watching the trailer, I highly doubt that you’ll see that uncensored in the USofA :wink:

It will be censored, but in a few years it will probably be released uncensored. It would be censored because of nudity and one scene of animal cruelty.

DVD’s and some movies don’t always get censored because of nudity or animal cruelty.

3 Answers:

  1. the content of that movie would not fit into your country’s family policy in terms of MPAA rules
  2. Especially in the USA things like Sex and nudity get censored (e.g. Eyes Wide Shut)
  3. If the movie is no financial success in the USA they might not even consider a unrated DVD release.

I dunno. I always thought they tried for unrated marketing. It sells better. It worked well for Pitch Black. I dunno though. I’d like to think that it’ll get an unrated release.

Breaking news Ken Park is on DVD

It is unrated.The only bad thing is that it is Region 5.You can bid on it on Ebay.You can watch it if you get a multiregion DVD player.I am going to buy it next month.The DVD has removable subtitles and cand be watched in English.(At least I think you can remove the subtitles.)

Man I wanna see this movie. Kids was really good. It will probably be released Unrated, and probably not sold in most stores. I.e. best buy, suncoast. You could probably special order it at those locations. It’s like the movie A Better Place, it has a few pretty violent scenes, and was released unrated, but I had to special order it at Borders, they said that it’s because any unrated movies that contaie EXTREME sex and violence, will be ordered by them, but you can only buy it through a special order. But the thing I kept thinking was, then why do these places sell porn?

In America I got A Better Place in Suncoast.They sell porn because porn is not controversiol.It has sex scenes but it is not distributed in major studios.

Ken Park is pretty bad



I mean, I enjoyed Kids and Bully, but Ken Park is just a mess. I wouldnt go through the trubs of looking for it
