I just saw his latest “The Shepherd - Border Patrol” yesterday, and it was okay.
He doesn’t look half as good as 15 years ago.
I grew up on JCVD’s movies. I regard Bloodsport, Kickboxer, Lionheart, Double Impact and Hard Target as true action classics. I love em! Theyre still alot of fun to watch.
This new film looks really interesting to me. It looks like Van Damme thrown in a French arthouse film. Id like to check it out.
It kinda reminds me of Pauly Shore is Dead.

The trailer don’t make any sense !
It’s been out in theaters here in France for a long time but I never felt like seeing it even if everyone said it was surprisingly good.

But actually the first part makes sense, if you forget strict mathematics, you can say 1+1=1, like when there’s an union of 2 people, in that case it’s the interviewer and the star. I mean you gotta give him some credit for trying to be smart

Saw it on Fantasy Filmfest in Munich.
Although I am no admirer of Van Damme (I’m more the Stallone/Schwarzenegger-Fan), I liked it quite well.

hehe yeah, I think I know what he wants to say for 1+1=1 but with “1+1=11, et ça c’est beau” and the thing about 13 is quite suspect. ;D
