BTW GUYS, dont u think those title cards looked kinda familiar? reminded me of the good the bad and the ugly, u know the opening credits sequence, it was also like inkish weird kinda.

The music kicks ass, the trailer is so upbeat and it makes you want to hurt something!
I like the way they’re advertising it. They know Tarantino fans are gonna be there opening day anyway so they don’t need to cater to us. This is for the lowest common denominator viewers, they’re emphasising the action, and the Basterds half of the film and leaving the more serious portion out almost completely. You wouldn’t see huge box office returns if they had emphasised the deeper, darker and dramatic aspects of this film because average viewers prefer humor and violence. Should get some butts in the seats, I hope.

Yeah I think they actually did a great teaser from the first footages, even more when you think they just wrapped up the shooting two days ago, you have to take that into consideration. It was made very quickly and it doesn’t hurt too much the quality.
Jeeze, I’ve watched it a dozen times now lol. This years Dark Knight trailer, over and over on my ipod. I love the speed of Brad’s monologue, he’s got a terse way of speaking, and I love the gravely way he speaks, perfect! Grows on you!
