I just want to grab the oppurtunity and say what a wonderful actor Novak is. I just finished watching the 4th and currently last season of The Office, and when I went back to the first episodes, I was astonished to see what how different his character was. His turn from quiet boy to more grown-up asshole was so flawless I didn’t even notice. And that is good acting.
yep BJ Novak’s been awesome in The Office. Apparently he’s only gonna be in the 1st episode of the upcoming season. I really liked how his character changed during the 4 seasons, from the temp’ (or is it timp?) to…well yeah, a pretty bad ass manager. The episode in the club where he’s high on drugs is hilarious and he’s performance really sticks out.
I dislike BJ in the Office. He plays a very small role and from the extras on the DVD’s, his arrogance doesn’t appear to be acting. He is one of the weaker writers on the show too. And sorry, but if you watched the Office… you’ll see he was a very poor manager and the butt of the joke throughout the fourth season. A lot of fans thought it was one of the most unrealistic moves to have him go from temp to taking Jan’s job, despite not having the experience.
On the audio commentary he does appear on for Season 3, he critisises some of the editing in episodes which kind of annoyed me. I’m not sure an edior would critisise his sloppy writing.
It doesn’t help that he looks like Zack Roloff: Evidence below.
He’s not gonna write on IB is he ? The guy might be a prick, why would you care ? As far as I’m concerned Tarantino could be the biggest asshole on Earth, I wouldnt care as long as it doesnt interfere with his talent.

Where did I forbid you to speak up your mind ? I just don’t agree with you, nothing more. I don’t know…you seem disappointed to see BJ Novak’s on IB but you only backed up this opinion by pointing out a lot of non-acting related stuff he’s done. That’s what I tried to outline on my earlier post, nothing personal about that :o

The TB’ers seem to have really turned against QT these days. Seems like everytime some news about this movie is posted this animosity for AICN posting the news shows up. Maybe Im just looking at the negative posts too much, I dont know.
well I guess the initial assumption that Daniel Bruehl is playing Zoller might be more to the truth then. and Christoph Waltz I can totally imagine as Landa… totally… he’s a really good actor, too
