I made a very simple wallpaper using several elements we see on the posters. It’s not perfect, but I like it.

The blood splattes on the top right corner look really fake. You seem to have a lot of talent and I’m sure you can do better. I don’t know what it is actually, maybe just the colors, but something’s bothering me

Hey, sure it looks fake, but the blood is the hardest thing, i used some brushes but it’s not easy, don’t know how they made it originally, but it’s looking very realistic in the teaser, maybe they’ve made this with pig blood and digitally edited it with photoshop or something. I haven’t been working very long on these wallpapers, it’s just a creative thing and it makes a lot of fun to do them. I hope you like them anyway
It’s just a matter of time, but i will try to make a more realistic effect on another wallpaper soon. Maybe i’ll do some brushes by myself.

Looking doing something similar but with more a shootout feeling - wooden floor, splatters- empty bullet shells - battle detritis, may be with cards they got stuck to forehead

It already looks a lot better on this one, keep it up!
I’m pretty sure they didn’t use real blood to have this effect haha, actually it’s quite simple to do with after effects. I don’t know if this software was used by professionals who made the teaser though. Here’s a video I made a year and a half ago with the same blood splatter effect in the intro…ok it looks ten times worse because I’m just editing movies for fun but anyway I want to share it with you : <LINK_TEXT text=“NameBright - Coming Soon … N79M3LUT4=”>NameBright - Coming Soon</LINK_TEXT>
I first made the blood patterns on photoshop and then “animated” them with after effects. I’m rubbish with photoshop and I’m sure you could find a tutorial to obtain a better result. Anyway I’m saying it again, your wallpapers look awesome, the one with the automatic weapon is definetly going on my desktop next ^^

Thank you ratquirit, i looked at your video and i enjoyed it, that’s something i wanted to do for a long time, but after effects was way too expensive for me…
Although I didn’t mean the animation of the blood, i meant the structure and the shape of the blood itself looks very cool, but i guess it took them a long time to get this effect.

The type of blood is important for him (remember his kill bill blood story? ;D), it seems the blood in IB is going to have a very different look than the blood for example in kill bill.
and heres another little wallpaper, it will be my last one for these days until i have some new ideas for another wallpaper.
