I didn’t know that about Beyoncé, but for personal tastes I prefer shakira over Beyoncé. And her dance movies are top notch (shakira’s). I never thought Beyoncé’s lyrics were pretty good but that’s the first time I really paid attention. Most of the time I’m driven away by the music video. Like “If I were a boy”…awful.
Beyonce is a real artist cause at least, she writes all her songs and she works a lot in production to have her own sound. And personnally, I think she dances much better than Shakira.
Did you check out the lyrics of If I were a boy ? The concept of the song is great. Oh and Check out Diva, the lyrics and the video are great. That’s her POV on all the other fake divas like Rihanna and Shakira. Only Beyonce rules !

Are you kidding me ? That track is a classic. I love the sound of it, the lyrics (the whole thing is that Beyonce says to all those fake divas like Rihanna and Shakira what a real diva is). And I love the video too.

I also discovered Ashley Tisdale yesterday (she’s still unheard of in France), but her music videos made me laugh out loud. And about Beyonce being whorish, don’t you think it’s a joke ? She did it just cause she had to be in competition with Lady Gaga excentricity, but Gaga is very simple in the video.
