Is that a Hanzo sword in the pawn shop? The one that Butch uses to kill one of the hillbilly rapists? I’m not saying that because of what Budd told Bill in KBV2 (I know he DIDN’T really pawn it). But it would be interesting huh? We’ll never know.
Later
1. Pulp Fiction is in a different universe to Kill Bill
2. Just because there is a sword in a pawn shop does not mean it is a Hatori Hanzo sword
3. I think Hanzo made swords specifically for Kill Bill and in that way they were basically being advertised, such a thing would not have occured for Pulp Fiction as QT was not that well known
4. Budd Pawned his in El Paso not in [insert name of place where Pulp Fiction pawn shop lies]
5. I don’t think it is a Hanzo sword in the pawn shop
6. I’m going for a piss
If you already knew the answer, then why ask the question? Anyway, can’t The Wolf travel through different universes? Maybe he got bored and went to the Kill Bill universe one day, and then came back and decided to hock the Hattori Hanzo sword.
Do you think he got a good price for it? I mean a Hanzo sword is priceless afterall!!
Not in random city in California it ain’t!
Quentin once said, Bruce Willis was being Sonny Chiba as he killed that fat fag.
Quentin showed him an episode of a japanese TV-series starring Sonny Chiba.
Show’s called "Shadow Warriors"
And if you look that up on imdb you can see, Chiba’s character is "Hattori Hanzo"
So, it could be a hanzo sword…at least there’s some kind of connection…
Maybe this is a bit pointlesse, i dunno, just wanted to post that
the question is: would hattori hanzo make a sword that looked THAT ugly??
Yeah! The sword’s pretty trivial and somehow pathetic. Hanzo works perfectly and really thinks about the way swords look.
And why Kill Bill is in different universe???

A hanzo sword wouldnt be in that shitty pawn shop
i have a hanzo sword. not for sale.
pics or shenanigans
The sword was owend by Michael Madsen. He let QT borrow it for Pulp
who ever said pulp fiction took place before kill bill? Kill Bill could of been baised in the early 90’s. Now im not saying that the sword in PF was a hartori hanzo sword… but what ever happend to budds or bills swords at the end of Kill Bill 2, did the bride keep them, or sell one to get some money to raise her child. ok this theory is getting no where. but think about it.
Elle Driver’s telephone didn’t exactly look like it was from the early 90’s.
PF is in L.A. so yeah…El Paso and L.A. aren’t even the same fuckin’ ballpark, its not even the same fuckin’ sport
