If I understood correctly, Disc 6 will include the fake trailers among other bonuses (EDIT: ah, I forgot of course those will be in the film, as well… so they’re kinda unneeded as bonus)
Theres no point in releasing a Grindhouse Double Feature unless you can watch it from beginning to end just like in the theater. All youre paying for is the trailers, which are fun but not worth double dipping for IMO.

Why do the Japs always get the coolest stuff first? Any specific reason?
1) They are located far enough from the Weinsteins
2) It’s one of the most materialistic places on earth (somewhat ironically). If you want to cash in with amazing special editions that cost a forture, Japan is the place to do it.

Weinstein is really milking these dvds for all the money he can get. I guess he has to pay for his wedding, his trophy wife and that honeymoon in the Caribbean on a private yacht somehow.
let’s not act like this isn’t exactly what happens to every movie on dvd all the time. there’s so much stuff out there to watch. sit back, relax, it’s coming… at some point.

as with previous japanese releases, also french ones, they like to just take the existing extra material and put it on an extra disc, so they probably don’t have much more extras than what’s already on the RC1 discs, they’re just on an extra disc…
