I was watching a program on Women in Hollywood the other day and they interviewed Sally Menke, QTs great movie editor. She explained how great it is working with Quentin and how cool their partnership is. They were doing the interview in her editing room, I’m pretty sure on the editing screen behind her was a paused picture of Vernita Greens house in Kill Bill. I was hoping theyd show some of the film, but nope.
Anyway, I cant wait to see how Sally put together the film. I know its gonna be great!
QT left her alone in that room? omfg

I dont remember seeing her. It was mostly younger women on the show, like newer editors/producers/cinematographers.
I really hope they feature those “Hello Sally” takes on a gag reel for the DVD
Fatale posted in an other topic this:
I’d like to meet Sally one day and basically say “You dummb bitch, why did you edit so much!”
The fate of Sofie is on the Japanese version but her arm AND hand is intact while she is doing her hill roll. No sugar coating there, it is still intact whatever anyone says
I can´t answer there, cuz it was a topic about deleted scence. So I copy Fatales post and answer here.
