Yasmin and Subastian,
I am a little shocked at the fact that in this day and age you stil feel okay to use the “N” word! I am offended, with as many words as there are in the English Language, I truely think you could have used yor words better. And as a matter of fact, I love Bruce Willis and all of his movies, he is an excellent actor.
I just watched Pulp Fiction last night for the first time in a few years, and I had forgotten what a tight movie it was. The impression that I seemed to carry for a while was that it was a loose arrangement of 3 (possibly 4 - The Christopher Walken mini-plot) chapters that orbited around a central story. I had forgotten how tight it really was.
Having said all that - the least favourite part of the movie was the one involving Bruce Willis. I wouldn’t say that he ruined the movie at all - it’s not his fault as an actor, it’s just that he plays the character with the least nuances.
Travolta, Jackson and Roth played brilliantly quirky characters, and they played them well. Willis’ character was just a straightforward hard-man pulling a heist and getting chased. Other than the time he spent in the dungeon with Zed, his scenes were relatively dull compared to the others.
Still though, it was enjoyable to watch, just not as exciting as the others.
Absolutely not. Bruce’s character is great in the movie and adds a lot to the whole plot.
He does an Ok job for me. I would prefer to see a different actor though. He has good scenes and bad ones too so…
I love bruce willis. If anythig he helped this movie!
Hey All,
Are you frickin crazy !!!
Bruce Willis is Pulp Fiction. Every screen cast has to have the one element that if this actor were not present would make or break the film. ? Who else in Hollywood could have pulled this one off. Pacino, Eastwood, Stalone ,
etc. etc. . No way Willis is Pulp Fiction !! Good Job QT .
