in the pulp fiction film, in the hamburger scene when travolta and jackson are shot by the boy in the room, the scene before the shots on the wall behind the bullet holes are already present mounting error or a choice

Now I have to rewatch it. Maybe it was purposely there or from takes.
Just like in the opening scene and final scene when “honey bunny” says different variations of, “if any of you pricks move…” It’s the same with Jules’s “great vengeance and furious anger” speech; different the two times the scene is shown…This is just me, but I think he might want the audience to almost be watching a story told from memory, with the slight variations that occur in everyday storytelling. One of the countless things that make Tarantino a genius is the depth of his films, have countless layers that peel back the more you watch them. One of the truly great filmmakers of all time.
