That’s true. It’s almost been a year since I read the script, so I had my idea of the film built in my head for so long that I can only disagree with those posters/teaser until I see the actual movie.
yep, not very surprising, since the teaser appeared we know we were in for that type of commercial marketing. I was hoping for a new more representative trailer, but now, I think there’s no reason to expect anything not misleading till the movie finally comes out.

Btw the new poster doesn’t look great. Looks amateurish in a way, you’re right Ratquirit. And there’s no surprise to see pictures we already know. I was expecting something more exciting…
It has a Death Proof feel to it. It looks far too pristine.
It’s better than those Eli Roth-esque posters.
In fact, it’s sort of a mixture of old poster styles and new ones. I don’t know how I feel about it.

Hmm. I’ve been looking at this thing for a few minutes now and am beginning to really hope this is a joke. It looks like somebody put this thing together on their home computer. I don’t know, maybe it’s just that he’s always had amazing posters for his flicks that this one is coming off as half-assed to me.
Although to be fair the painted look is an awesome idea with a little bit of the theater in the background. Shame you can’t really enjoy it with that cut and paste bull shit going on with Brad, Eli, and Til taking up most of the image.
