I just sent Seb a new NY Times article about shooting on Kill Bill in Beijing. Its almost better than Harrys set reports. It tells about the rating for violence, that kickass steadicam shot of The Bride walking into The HOBL in Bruce Lees suit with her sword. Fuckin awesome! This shot will make even Martin Scorsese jealous!
Theres a new brand name QT created for the film called “Tenku Brand Beer”.

I was surprised that they are indeed going for an R-rating though. If they want one, they won’t be able to go much further than the From Dusk Till Dawn-gore…I’m curious as to how they will handle the pretty gruesome scenes in the film.

The Brides suit in Kill Bill isnt really an exact copy of Bruce Lees track suit. As you can see in the picture its like a newer version of that suit. Its also two pieces not one singular suit. Still it looks AWESOME! It has a 70s look to it.
I love the background/lighting on the set, its just how I pictured it looking. Very 70s  kung fu style. 
The part where The Bride is driving in the car with Sofie in the trunk after the HOBL massacre : When I read that part in the script it sounded very similar to the scene in A Clockwork Orange when Alex is driving the car really fast with the process shot playing from behind. If youve seen the film you might know what I mean.
That fucken suit looks SUPER COOL ;D
