Hi, I’m new and reading all 5 pages of this thread, I can’t believe there’s no one remotely Asian in here yet! I guess that can’t really be helped since most Asian countries:

(a) Are too damned conservative with tighter-than-your-arsehole censorship laws.

(b) Don’t speak English well enough to truly appreciate QT’s genius.

For the record, I’m from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I’m from Israel…8)

If your screwy laws say you can’t watch those films then why don’t you just download a bunch?
[/quote]
Because that would be awfully screwy too, wouldn’t it? I respect Tarantino enough not to download his movies.

I’m from Holland, you know, that small country where anything goes, drugs, porn, prostitution, yes even fries with mayonaise doesn’t scare us the slightest bit.

How hard would it be for an American to find a job in Holland and how expensive are living arrangements?

Im from West Yorkshire, England and prowd of it!! (I am actually of Indian origin, but was born and raised in England)

I intend to live in Austrailia when I’m older though, is anybody here Austrailian?

i’m from the shittiest little state in the US (delaware) :’(

so far, the only people remotely near me are Mysterio and SpinsterCycle who live in Maryland.

It’s all about the diploma’s you have, the higher your education the more probable it is you’ll find a proper job over here, as it is in the states. Americans can easily find jobs over here because of the fact we are one of the most international orientated countries in the world, Holland is the gateway to Europe. I don’t know what you have studied for, where your expertise lies and such but my guess it is quite easy to find a job. But it would be wise contacting an agency of some sort that mediates between American jobseekers and Dutch companies that seek people in your field of expertise, via the internet would be wise.

The cost of renting as well as buying a house varies alot depending on wether you want to live in the city or suburban, large or small and other factors.

eastcoast of Belgium, close to Holland (for all Dutch heads; i live about half an hour away from Noord-Brabant/Limburg), close to Germany (Germ heads: 45 minutes away from Aachen/Cologne)

my parents are born and raised in Salerno, Italy
