I thought my internet connection was cut off by the provider for some reason so i spent the last week or so without the net… the other night i called them up… after about half an hour of taking with a machine i gave up on that… then I looked under my mothers desk to check the phone line and i found that it had simply fallen out…

Kidding, I took 2 yrs French in high school and have bamboozled my 11 yr old into thinking I am fluent, but would not allow my 16 yr old to take French. I made him take Spanish since he looks Mexican, and that is what we hear on our streets!

Seems a lot of the veterans have been without the internet at home for a fair while. I myself was in the same position. One advantage is that the quietness gives me time to work on the WIKI. Anyway, spread the word about this place.
