Beer? Vodka? Mixed Drinks?

I usually drink beer during warmer seasons and liquor during colder seasons. My favorites are Grey Goose and Patron Represado; but you really can’t beat a good aged rum, scotch, or cognac either.

Beer: Bud Dry

Vodka: Grey Goose

Rum: Appleton’s Estate 21 year old

Cognac: Remy Matrin V.S.O.P.

Scotch: Chivas Regal 18

Burbon: Wild Turkey 101

Whiskey: Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel

Mixed: Bacardi and Coke on the rocks

So, am I the only alchey in forum or what?

Courvoisier V.S.O.P. was really good.

Have you had JW blue label? I’ve had gold and it was badass!

I have a friend who doesnt have ANY money, but buys rediculously expensive alcohol :stuck_out_tongue:

I as well, my friend.

Right now I’m stuck on Remy Martin; I won’t drink anythink V.S. Next month I’m investing $120 bucks on a bottle of Remy Matrin X.O. Supposed to be very good stuff; of course what X.O. isn’t? I would try along the lines of X.O., but if you like Courvoisier…you’ll probably pay a little more for it.

And get used to spending alot of money if you like Cognac. It’s the most expensive liquor you can buy.

I only like whiskey and Russian vodka somehow. Sounds like some real boozer’s choice, though I have actually never been drunk. Those drinks are perfect for cocktails.

The rest I don’t like, although I’ve not really exlored the world of booze. All I know is I HATE beer and don’t like cognac or rum.

Ahah I feel very very wise here (too much maybe). But sorry I hate all sorts of alcohol. Never been drunk, never intend to. :-X

#8

hahaha the alcohol that tastes like soda! hahahaha, it’s very popular (well was anyway) in Germany. We call it Alkoläsk, which is alcosoda, or something. beer is disgusting :stuck_out_tongue:

Eh, just gimme a beer. You’ll always see me with a strawberry daiquiri in casinos, however.

Whatabout being drunk?

Well, I guess it’s not my thing. First I don’t like the taste of alcohol. And I never feel the need to be drunk to have fun at a party. And what’s the thing in being drunk, and sometimes don’t remember of the party ? (Yeah I know it’s not always the case, but I know some friends like that)

But I respect that. I mean, everybody can do what he wants, all my friends always want to drink, and I still have a good party, if they’re not throwing up ;D

#13

Haha, true words

Single malt scotch whisky. Interesting fact: when whiskey is spelled with an “e” it is from Ireland. When whisky is spelled without the “e”, it is from England, Scotland, or the U.S.

I like Oban Scotch Whisky. No ice, no water, just nice and neat.

When it is from Ireland or the US it is spelled ‘whiskey’, when it’s from Canada or Scotland it is spelled ‘whisky’.

I like whiskey (or whisky ), but I’d rather have a beer.

#18

I could throw up just smelling beer…I hate it.

Heaven.

The thing is that you can actually drink without ever trying to get drunk. You just don’t have to. There is such a thing as having a nice class of scotch, cognac, or even a beer and not have another. This is what I usually do anyways.

Beer can be bad and beer can be good; but you just have to find the beer for you! The darker the beer the more flavorful the beer–these are the types of beer I enjoy the most. I also drink different beers according to the meal I’m eating as well. To me nothing compliments a good steak like a frosty glass of ale.

I like the taste of beer, because what Australian does not like the taste of beer? But I have never been drunk and don’t really intend to in the near future. Thousand Eyes doesn’t drink and I agree with him not wanting to lose control of himself. I feel the same way. But I drink sometimes, just cause I kind of like it.

Exactly. I am the same.

My poison is collecting DVDs. It is an addiction!!! I love it so much, but I am going broke!
