There’s gotta be pages of stuff Quentin had to discard. In the charlie rose interview he talked about it being this neverending script, I’d kill to read what he had written and didn’t use.
What I like about the script is that, like Quentin said, from scene to scene it feels like a different movie. The first chapter feels kinda like Jackie Brown(IMO) the second has a Kill Bill kind of feel to it, the third is totally Pulp, the fourth is Dogs all the way and the final is something completely different.
