It was amazing. I had no idea that he made it by himself on his computer. It was scripted artwork. I’ll have to get my hands on his other works.
I’m going to try to watch the first part of the Human Condition trilogy. But, I’m going to a friends place to watch movies, and few of my friends like the movies I watch. They’ll probably want to watch something like Good Luck Chuck or Superbad. Fun.

There’s two versions with different voice cast. The first one was voiced by the director and his girlfriend, while the second (otherwise identical) is by professionals. The R1 dvd (and probably most others) have both available. The R1 release also features three different versions of Shinkai’s short film She and Her Cat. You can see the 96 second version w/o subs here:

watching the cowboy bebop movie… because ive watched the series again through to the point in which the film takes place… great film probably one of my top 5 anime if i ever bothered to put a list together… i finally got around to seeing the simpsons movie the other day… i was surprised by that hole thousand eyes thing… that was a bit of a laugh… anyway i kinda want to see that Spanish horror film they just reviewed on at the movies… i think its called the orphanage… anyway i think theres a few Spanish films being shown in… something… ill have to check it out…
