The disc had come loose during the delivery and was slightly scrathed. I though sending the dvd back to US to a private seller and the disc being scratched (although dvd still wrapped and unopened) might not be the best idea. Of course the seller should give me full refund, not my fault the disc arrived damaged. But I’d rather not take the risk of having to start a fight. Easier the sell the disc myself. That way I can explain the condition of the disc to potential buyers and if they agree to buy it then that’s it, no complaints. And it worked. Got my money back in the end.
