I think it is, or atleast almost completely
It depends on what age you are of when you move to another country and if you’re continuing to speak your own language.
I think its also a matter of in which language you think. Also never thinking and talking in a language you once knew must at least make you a bit rusty in it.
Yeah, if I would move to England now and I would never speak Dutch again, then sooner or later I would even start to think in English.

I was born in ex-Yugoslavia. I moved to Sweden when i was 5. So it´s serbocroatian
